Never fly your drone close to other aircraft.
Avoid flying near emergency response areas such as active fires.
Do not operate a drone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

While it is not required, we strongly encourage anyone flying a drone near the airport to notify us in advance. This allows us to issue a NOTAM to keep pilots aware of potential drone activity in the area. Even thought our airspace is uncontrolled, drones can still pose a safety risk to arriving and departing aircraft. By giving us a heads-up, you're helping improve situational awareness and overall flight safety.
